A Trans Perspective on LLF
It has become de rigeur for speakers at General Synod to begin their speeches with declarations of interest, signalling either expertise or ways in which their contribution is compromised. In that spirit, I should declare an interest. I was not a member of either the Living in Love and Faith (LLF) Co-ordinating Group or the working parties which generated the LLF materials.1 However, I am a member of the Faith and Order Commission (FAOC). I, along with colleagues, was given sight of various drafts of the final book, and I was able to offer shaping comments.
